In most cases, the results of a standard DNA paternity test take 3 business days. But can be reduced to 1 day.

3. Can I take an anonymous paternity test?

Yes, it’s possible. You do not need to provide a surname or even a first name when ordering the test. You can simply write the initials or, for example, «Sample 1.» The anonymous test cannot be used judicially.

Standard DNA samples (swabs from the inside of the cheek) can be stored in a regular paper envelope for up to six months. Do not place the standard sample in plastic or a closed container; it should «breathe» to prevent mold from developing.

If taking a swab is not possible, non-standard samples can be used. This includes any biological material from a person (hair, nails, blood, saliva, mucus, cigarette butts, toothbrushes, etc.).
