ORDERING A DNA TEST, PAYMENT AND REFUND

To place an order for a DNA test on our website, you need to:

  1. Choose the type of DNA test. Our specialists can assist you; please call us or use the contact form.
  2. Fill in the appropriate fields in the order payment form:
    • Amount *
    • Contact phone number *
    • Name
    • E-mail
    • DNA test name

  1. Make a payment using:

You can pay cash to the courier or use an online card payment.

  • At our laboratory center by cash or credit card.

Once the payment is received, our specialist will contact you to discuss all details of the DNA test and answer any questions you may have.

Delivery

The following delivery services are available to you:

  • Delivery of self-sampling DNA kits to your door – free delivery.
  • Delivery of DNA test results to your door – free delivery.
  • Specialist visit to collect DNA samples at your address – from 50 GEL.

To receive delivery services, please contact us by phone or via the contact form. Contact a specialist to clarify the terms for your address.

If you have not received your order (service not provided), please contact the responsible person by phone at +995 322 47 01 95, by email at info@dna-test.ge, in online chat, or via the contact form. Our managers will assist you.

Refund

We provide a refund only for unused services.

To request a refund, please:

  1. Write to us via the contact form, online chat, or email at info@dna-test.ge with the following information:
    • DNA test name *
    • Amount to be refunded *
    • Contact phone number *
    • Your name *
    • Reason for refund *

  1. We will receive your request and review it within 5 business days.
  2. The funds will be returned to the payment details used during payment. For card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the original transaction.
